Our Mission

At Voice Tasker, our goal is to enhance productivity and organization by allowing users to create and manage to-do lists and reminders through voice commands. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, form our User Agreement, which governs your use of Voice Tasker. Please review these terms carefully. By using Voice Tasker, you agree to the User Agreement.

  1. Eligibility and Use:

  • Our “Services” include the Voice Tasker mobile application, our website (voicetasker.com), and related software.


  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. In some regions, parental or guardian consent may be required.


  • If you represent another person or entity, you must have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy:

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using VoiceTasker, you consent to these practices.

  1. Content Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the content you create using our Services. This includes voice inputs, to-do lists, and reminders.


  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our User Agreement.


  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Voice Tasker a license for its use as detailed in our policy.

  1. Reporting and Compliance:

  • While we do not monitor content routinely, you can report any violations through our in-app tools or website.


  • Intellectual property infringement claims can be submitted directly to us.

  1. Service Termination:

  • Violations of our User Agreement may result in account suspension or termination.


  • Accounts inactive for over two years may be deleted after prior notification.


  • You can delete your account through your account settings.

  1. License:

  • Our trademarks and proprietary features are legally protected. Use of our Services does not grant any rights to these elements.


  • Users are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use our software.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

Your use of our Services is subject to limitations of liability as permitted by law in your country of residence.

Any legal matters will be subject to the laws of New York, unless local laws dictate otherwise.

  1. In-App Purchases:

  • Payment Terms: In-app purchases in Voice Tasker are processed through the app store from which the app was downloaded (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By making a purchase, you agree to abide by their payment terms and conditions.


  • Refunds and Cancellations: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as mandated by law. For refund requests, please contact the app store directly.


  • Subscription Services: If any, details about subscription services, including how to manage or cancel subscriptions.
